Have a great vacation, Shoal baby! for the road, or ocean?
I write Andy/Owlatron in Real Life, haven't talked to him on the phone yet... trying to avoid trans-atlantic phone bills. The thing is, he screwed up. He should've stayed offline no matter whether it was just or not, for the entire week. He also needed to get his "alternate personalities" erased (since they are treating him as the same person, why couldn't they do that at his request, seeing as it was his own email account and computer and all), and when the ban was lifted, set up again under a secure email account. So I feel awful for him if he's telling the truth (I concede, I cannot think of a solid proof that he's not lying, other than womanly intuition ) but he really did dig his own grave with this one, and we'll have to see how it plays out.
Okay... I'm very tired, and I'm never on when the rest of you fellas are. Going to get a shower and some because I'm subbing for the drama teacher in the morning!
and ,
Yankee-shoes.

Gutted! Marvin's dead? Zillions of years old? Hes just in his infancy. He could have gone on for ages.
Sorry, I've just finished reading So long and thanks for all the fish. I can't find mostly harmless anywhere. I've checked WH-SMITHS, its not there.
Arthur Dent having sordid affairs while flying? Well I can understand that.
The great man Douglas Adams really knew how to write a story didn't he.
I think I might have to re-read parts of the third book. I can't figure out what happened to Slartibartfast.
Oh well. If anyone knows where I can find a copy of Mostly Harmless, I like to hear about it. Don't tell me what happens though! (you could tell me whether you think its any good or not though)

I wonder if in the third book DNA decided that he liked the earth after all, after being a bit disolusioned with it in the first two books. I must admit I was pleased to see it back. Its not such a bad place to be. I know certain bipedal monkey descendants are obsessed with destrying it, but I quite like our (assuming every one else in this conversation is from earth originally) bluey green planet.
... what was I talking about again? I've forgotten my point, but it doesn't really matter.
heres to Douglas Adams, my only connection to him being I happen to have read four of his books, played two of his computer games and am currently typing on a site he helped develop.
Mmm... I seem to be having a terrible problem with my life style. Oh, its ok I've fixed it.

I thought there was ONLY two problem with HHGTTG books, one: the text writen in gient letters was a bit disapointing and the mostly harmless finished in a flat contadiction. Oh well.

Hey, isn't Mostly Harmless the one he says in Salmon of Doubt that he wrote when he was really depressed? Maybe that has something to do with it!

Ah got you. This internet thingy is great and everything, but it doesn't really give you any sense of accent. So telling were someone is from, can be a bit tricky without actually asking someone .

Err, close enogh, I've only been here a few months and will return in about a months time. Returning to Blightly, the weather may not be good but the number of things to do is. My boyfriend sends me episodes of Couplinga and the Office so I won't miss out on discussions!!!

Terran Posted Oct 9, 2002
Right, your visiting there. Sorry, thought you were a resident (once again the internet catches me off guard). I've not seen the office yet, but I think coupling is funny.

I am technically a resident since I have a house there, I just thought I'd link up to the internet in my holiday home and work from there. Simple, although it costs a packet, I'm coming home for Christmas and may ask the entire Office to move there!!!
Watch the office its brilliant, David Brent vs. Swindon!!!
