Every once in a while there comes a moment of doubt in one's life: Should I build a brewery or should I go on buying beer every day?

What can I say.. make a short story long: "here is Hati's Summerhouse brewery".

A small brewery, built with a capacity of some 5000 hectoliters, batch processing, no messing around with bottles, just barrels.

Traditional copper kettles, vessels for mashing, boiling, fermenting.. all traditional.

We'll start production this week. Guided tours can be arranged, tasting sessions as well, but later this month.

*looks inside with some curiosity*

all traditional maybe get some umpa lumpas to do the manual w*rk
