Let's not wait for it any longer
Let's decide to get the things we need right now, even if it means we have to give to ourselves!
I, for one, have to love myself, not just those around me, so that is what I am going to do. I have also determined to be as stable as I can. (I hate cleaning stables, by the way. They smell rather bad.) I will also do the things I am able to do for others, when I have opportunity to do so, without beating myself about the head when I simply can't do something.
What about everyone else? What do you need

At the moment, and after a few days of really wanting to die, I am strangely pacified.
I am in my tiny little flat, not doing much, just sitting around... trying not to think... and succeeding marvelously.
I think I will read a little, then go to bed. I'm quiet.
