From the top down:
Wimple,
Hoodie,
Kilt,
Stilettos.
This is probably why I'm not in the fashion industry.

Slacks, black, not too heavy, but with a nice fall to them , glittery little top and a velvet jacket over. Dark green if you can get it...
How's that?

Thanks
whats a wimple?
I don't own any sparkly tops ,spose I should though. Genie says I try to avoid looking feminine i just tend to think im too fat n ugly to look nice!
I'm not sure about green with the red in my hair and complexion..

A wimple's nun's hatty thing.
'How do you solve a problem like Maria?'
etc...

Oooh yes! Dark, soft moss or sage green. Not like granny smith apples. Works wonders with your hair, I think!
And please consider velvet!

Sparkly tops, get yourself to Primark or Matalan pronto! You might even find a bottle-green velvet jacket
Seriously, girl, just because you're a generous size, doesn't mean you can't be girly. Show some cleveage and you can get away with anything!
Don't forget your smile! You have a gorgeous bloke! AND he's taking you out! Lucky girl!!!!

Dark green would look lovely with red.
Why don't you wear a bramble picker?
Ummm..
Serephina Posted Jan 24, 2006
I've gotton a bit more generous since I last saw you Annie I tell him I'm lucky all the time but he just wont have it
I lov velvet n would definately jump at it if I saw something in my size and budget. Unfortunately im usually stuck with my mums catalogue or an evans sale as my size tends to be so expensive!
whats a bramble picker?

Baconlefeets Posted Jan 24, 2006
Haven't you seen them?
I went into town today, in most of the shop windows the models have got a bramble picker draped over their shoulders. They're quite heavy, a bramble picker man is pretty tough on your back, but you've got to endure a little pain for fashion.

Why not wear whatever you were wearing to the Winter Meet where it all started? I thought you looked lovely (as did somebody else, clearly ) and it would also be quite a romantic gesture.

I agree - green is beautiful with red hair (you lucky girl - wish I had hair like yours!)
And I've found myself wearing skirts more than trousers since I've put on a few stone - the right cut one that flows from the middle and doesn't cling is very forgiving AND feminine.
Have a lovely time
