Finding unedited entries and gaps in the guide
Elentari Started conversation Jun 2, 2008
As discussed in the thread about ideas for the future of PR, I'm starting this thread as a place where people can post any unedited entries that could be polished up for inclusion in the EG.
To find these, we could search randomly (anything that comes to mind)or use the categorisation system looking for gaps. If you find one, do a search and see if there's an unedited entry on the subject. If so, post the link here. If not, add it to Challenge h2g2.
Help gratefully appreciated!

I'm just ing, as it's a Post week and I'm on camp in a couple of days. I'm very keen to help out with this, though - I think it's a great idea.

I think this may be where the combination of the Submit for review button and the languishing Flea Market Forum could work together.
If you find an Unedited Guide Entry that you think could be worked into an EG Entry, use the Submit for Review button on the Entry (as long as it's there) and submit it to the Flea Market.
The author will get an automated message saying what's happened. If they don't want their piece there they can ask you to take it back out again, simple. If they do, they can then collaborate to get it into the EG as any Flea Market Rescue would. If they have elvised, then the piece is up for grabs by Flea Market Rescuers
Every one's a winner baby...
