I don't know when this article was written, but I think it's a little out of date. Palin's Pacific Rim was actually broadcast under the title Full Circle (in Britain, at any rate). Also, he has since made another journey, albeit somewhat unlike the previous three, in Michael Palin's Hemmingway Adventure, following in the footsteps of the famous writer.

The Hemmingway adventure completely passed me by, although I have to admit I didn't watch 'Full Circle' either...

The Hemingway Adventure was a good one, Palin says EH was an early hero of his. It shows through and I think it is his best "travelogue".
I'm hoping he does the same for Mark Twain and his famous excursions.
Their combined humor would be killer.
