h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

I've decided that I need an anti-Friends List. Not an Enemies List (who needs that on h2g2?), just a list of hopeless cases who'll never get it.
But it would be churlish to make my own nominations. People will have to volunteer.

To get things started, I've just posted a very serious point on an earnest current thread, including the phrase "Hitchhikers' Guide to the UNIVERSE" instead of "Galaxy". When some pedant points this out, instead of saying something useful, they will become the first name on the List (provided they have a track record for missing the point too. There does need to be some subjective disretion in this enterprise).

No, to be honest, I tried making a heartfelt point in the Newbies-in-PR Convo, and deliberately put 'Universe' instead of 'Galaxy' because universes are bigger than mere galaxies, and then I thought : I shouldn't have done that, because some pedant is going to come back and correct me, and there goes the point I was trying to make.

So then I devised the list as an apt response.

All a bit convuluted, now I come to think of it...

Rather pedantic to point out typos, perhaps the pair of you should go on the list...

I'm not touching this one, other than to remind you that we are sometimes better known by our enemies than our friends. And before I volunteer for your list, I'll need a list of qualifications, purely as a cya move, in case there is an investigation down the road. And is there a stipend involved?

Should "universe" be all caps? I think it should be lower case becus of the possibility that there may be several?
