I have just directly scheduled, or left messages to schedule, appointments for property appraisal, pest inspection, and well and septic inspections. Onward!
Which means escrow starts today or tomorrow (probably tomorrow)!
Which means, yes, we have a signed contract and, inspections going well, will be forking out a large chunk of money in 45 (or 46) days...
Put that way, it's kinda scary, but a good scary.

No they don't. They need a lot of shoo-ing to get them to fly in the right direction, in our experience.

Escrows travel in eses, obviously.
They also travel on phonecalls and emails.
