I'm either a good wife or a bad one
Good wife--Just ordered 2 presents for hubby, and they'll be here in plenty of time for Christmas! Saved oodles, too
Bad wife--One's actually for his birthday, which was November 21...

Feisor--nope, PayPal (me+credit card=oops)
Mr C--Hm, I could... One's a gig bag, and the other's a bible cover (which was being heavily hinted about last night, so I finally looked for one)
I've not seen either of you for *ages*!

Okay, I'm a good brother/son/uncle or a bad one
I ordered the big Christmas gifts online or by phone months ago, and have them ready.
But, I've been stumped as far as getting the smaller gifts. I wanted to give everybody books from Buck-a-Book, but haven't been able to find anything there that people would actually *want*

Shorty came home from the bookstore the other day with the coolest book - a Pennsylvania Dutch version of The Night Before Christmas.
I went back to the store to get a couple copies to send to friends who live in other parts of the country, and noticed that there was also a Cajun version. Shorty told me that there was also a Redneck version available, but I didn't see that one...
The good thing about the ones we bought is that the store had held a book signing recently, so they were autographed copies.
The bad thing is that we didn't have to stand in line to get our books signed, which seems a little bit like cheating.

Since his birthday was the day of the church's Thanksgiving service, during which there's a slide show of pictures from throughout the year, he was featured prominately at the end and had the whole church singing happy birthday Wonder who could've told and reminded Pastor John that it was Tom's birthday?

Dear Amy,
I went backwards through a small culvert too fast and my wheelchair fell over backwards with me in it!!. I lay like an uptourned turtle and then fortunately there were some people who came to help. No brokes broken lucklily but I gave my brains a knock and for about 24 hours I felt I had brains like a jelly. !!
Oh well. I think I might have swept the cobwebs away!!.
a big for Faith.
Affectionatley

I saw your journal about that, dear
THe gig bag got here this morning And the guitar I got it for fits in it*phew* Just barely, but a snug fit's good. Of course, now that it's arrived, I'm wondering if I should've gotten a padded one...
