Someone once told me that a fox is not a canine nor a feline, but somewhere in between.

You got any idea about that? I need to know if my coat should bristle or not.

I think foxes are canine.
This is what an online encyclopedia told me: "...any of various members of the dog family (Canidae) resembling small to medium-sized, bushy-tailed dogs with long fur, pointed ears, relatively short legs, and narrow snouts..."
But I suppose vixens would be a little feline-ish too... smiley - smiley

One-eye, KoD, gent, MuG, randomly available

The story behind my nick is fairly simple... I'm nearly blind on my left eye, so that leaves me with...? yes, that's right, one eye...

Does the "randomly available" then depend on your Internet access? smiley - winkeye

The story of my nick is sadly not as foxy as I might want it to be. At least not in the beginning.
I actually used the nick "Supervixen" for a while - the title of a great song by rock group "Garbage"
- but I had to abbreviate it to Suprvixn because the nicks on mIRC mustn't exceed 8 characters.
But, being me, I had to change that too because I have a thing for symmetry.
And that doesn't go very well together with a capital letter in the beginning of a nick.
(I know - I'm weird - and I'm proud of it...)

So I changed it to |vixn| because I thought it looked better. And after having used this nick for some time now, I've gotten really fond of it smiley - smiley
And I think some of my friends agree with me being a vixen too (i.e - a vixen, not necessarily a fox...)

So there it is! See why it's not as foxy as I'd wish for...?

I am as one-eyed as One-eye - only *my* blind eye is the *right* one.

But then I only use the left side of my braincell as well, so... smiley - silly
