A Conversation for Fish Recipes
salmon lasagna

This is a recipe I learned from my mother, and I don't know if she invented it herself or heard it from somebody else, but I love it!
Although this is not a dish you can cook any day (takes some time), it's certainly worth it.
What you need is :
lasagna (precooked, green or white)
salmon (let's say four pieces)
spinach (fresh or in a can)
Béchamel sauce
some spices (I'm sorry, I don't know the names in English!)
First you grill the salmon, you remove the fishbone and you tear the fish in little pieces
Then you make the Béchamel sauce, in the traditional way, with butter, flour, milk, salt and pepper
When you have all these ingredients, you can 'build' the lasagna in a big oven dish by alternating layers of lasagna, spinach, salmon, sauce, spices, lasagna, spinach, salmon, etc. You end with the sauce on top.
Then you shove it in the oven for about twenty minutes and it's ready!
