How do you cook a lobster?
I'm competing with a friend at culinary prowess and we have both agreed that the first to cook a lobster will have completely and utterly beaten the other into submission. Anything that can be done with a frozen rainbow trout other than grilling it would be appreciated as well

Either way, they're best treated wih tender steam: bring to opaqueness (I assume you've killed them first? Best way: stick in your freezer for 3 hours; iki-spike them (you have to know the technique) or - worst case scenario, attempt to drown in freshwater - my - lengthy - experience is, it doesnt work very well. There are always stubborn crustaceans who simply sulk rather than go comatose..): cool: add mayonnaise/aioli/semisweet Thai chili sauce of your choosing, and a good salad DO NOT ADD CHEESE IN ANY FORM - cheers Physsher
