Please accept my condolences, App and Della. I'm sorry to hear of your loss.
I lost a dear aunt, my mother's only sister, about a month ago. It's still difficult to believe.

I remember what its like to feel the sting of loss so intensely that that words nor actions can convey or soothe the greif, we recover our equilibrium ecah by our own means. Im sure each of you have the resiliance to get through this and in time will remember those who have gone with fond gladness.
one love

I don't know if I'll really understand it or... whatever. But I have to be strong for my family.

Making my way in this world.
Now the rain has ended, the clouds are clearing,
The blue sky has a full moon."

Dear Della,
I do not think that I have written to you personally on the loss of your brother.
Your nephews seem to have absolutely adored him and they have written most movingly about him. You, his ister, must feel the loss just as keenly.
Anyone who can arouse such feelings of love and affection in his family must be so special. May I offer you my profound sympathy. You must have had a very special relationship.
With affection

He was very special. We had the funeral today, and he would have been stunned to see how many people *did* care - the fact that he thought Apparition, Maths Wizard and I were the only ones who would, is one of the saddest things...
Even his landlords from the place he lived before came, and spoke most lovingly... I had never met them, they're Indian Muslims, and they brought flowers and hugs. So wonderful!
I am listening to Garth's favourite Elton John album - what else but Empty Sky? I'd heard it, but never really listened to it before.
Thank you, too, Amy...
