What part of Germany? I'm from Minnesota (NORTHERN Minnesota--the REAL Minnesota--nowhere near Minneapolis-St. Paul, the FLORIDA of Minnesota). But I lived in Wuerzburg in Bavaria for a year.

Hello from a bit further south... New Zealand. The maori name is Aotearoa - land of the long white cloud. This is a place you want to visit.

Interresting name. i'd like to visit new zealand. whats the weather like?

Weather is weather... by that I mean that some people really like our climate and others complain it's too cold. We actually don't have any great extremes of weather apart from a few isolated spots.

The high country in the north island and a lot of the south island get snow in winter, a New Zealand summer is a magic thing though.

I like the cold, its better than being too hot, if you're cold you can put on some more clothes but if you're too hot what can you do? take clothes off yes but what of decency? fans can only cool you so much.

Just thought you'd like to know, the H2g2 DVD set is sold in Germany (with German dubbing), and I have lent my copy to several of my German work colleagues.

Born in Suffolk where I lived some time, then Cambridgeshire then up to Manchester a while, then back to Suffolk, then back to Cambridge, and moving sucks moved about four or so times in Cambridge but not again if I can help it the things I've lost whilst moving; pewter beer tankard Hi Fi amplifier, a laptop, a cassette deck, some cooking stuff, and a few CDs and vinyl albums so I don't want to move again if I can help it
