Items 2/3/4 are the ones I am positive about The part of Chiswick is only in Queen of Spains and as a bit (non Speaking) part in Archbishop.
And is eating horse and calls - Chiswick! Fresh horse!
The King broke the model horse and uttered the imortal lines
Chiswick! Fresh horses!
Sad but true I did rather like the series and we played trivia games up the pub with fellow nerds

6."For God's sake, let us sit upon the carpet and tell sad stories...".
I think that's Lord Percy Percy in Blackadder the Second - either "Head" or "Money".
It's "Money", I'll go with "Money".

That's in England, on a river, but not the Avon River which floweth so gently, giving name to Dirk Gently holistic detective.

Since there are some easy ones to be had, let's knock those on the head first...
The witches in the original are from the Scottish Play: they tell Macbeth he will be King. In Blackadder I they tell Prince Edmund he will be King, then realise it's a mistake and they should have told (I think it was) his brother Prince Harry.
"We few, we happy few..." is originally of course "... we band of brothers" from Henry V's "Once more unto the breach..." speech..
