Please settle all outstanding threads by the end of January so we can close the 2008 Board.

That goes for any questions and appeals.

I assume that you want me to carry on however to make it fair I will stand down if any one wants a go at the job (I am not wishing to go particularly but I have been doing this 18 mths and we need to keep things moving and my position needs some sort of mandate from the members). All applications considered and please apply by the end of January.

We will put the applicants if more than 1 up for a vote.
