looks like you hit the motherload captain how much of this do you think we can get back to the ship?

Kes Posted Mar 2, 2007
I would estimate it to be (average stomach size)X(number of crew members) ... plus, of course, whatever bottles we can carry.

if we can't carry it all i suggest we have a lengthy party down here before we return to the ship
we have all we need, don't we? cheese, wine, women, wine - what more could we possibly need?

*Steps in over the body of Shagbark*
He isn't deaded is he?
Let's see, what will I have? *Examines the wooden casks stacked to the roof of the caverns. Examines all the dusty bottles lying on their sides in rows and rows and rows in racks.*
I guess it will be , then!

Yup. Plenty of that. You make a start on it. I'll warm up gently with some Pouilly Fume

*clears throat* ahem
to our trusted navigator, who always gets us where we want to go. it's sheer is what it is
and let's not forget out lookout who - well, er, - looks out and notifies us when we are where we are - or something

Not at all, Linus .. we've got a whole cavern of excellent french to get through.
Thank you for the toast, Captain. Here's one for you:
*Stands up, glass lifted*
To Captain Pierce, Master of the good ship Blood of the Zaphodistas, Bearer of the Key of the Thingite, Keeper of the Only True Faith. Captain, you are a among
s, you are without peers, you stand one-leggedly above us all and your steely gaze through your one good eye puts fright into our enemies. If you could only get rid of that mangey flea-bitten parrot you'd be just about perfect.
To the Captain!
