h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

I liked Eric Idle, but he got old just as I did. He'll be 77 at the end dof March. I've just earned that, in addition to writing a musical play ("Spamalot"), he has also written an oratorio ("Not the Messiah"). I would love to listen to it on youtube, but I'd have to pay for the privilege.

To add insult to injury, I can't even buy a CD of it from Amazon because it is currently unavailable.

"Always look on the bright side" is a true evergreen classic that will live forever because of its simple and eloquently put message.

I saw a Danish version of "Spamalot". For free. I was sceptical, thinking Idle had gone too far and was milking a dead cow so to speak. But it was quite good. They had not spared expenses but hired some of the best actors. It was a very good cast.

There was a very nice add to the pythonesque quality of the experience: I found out that the rest of the audience also watched for free: They were all members of the society of blood donors in greater Copenhagen, which had paid for all of the tickets
