That's great news Paul, I hope you it won't be long before the beans appear.
I have not had any luck in growing herbs, green onions and mushrooms indoor. I would like to grow vegetables outdoor but the ground is very hard and stony and I find it very painful using a spade to dig up the ground, could you please give me advice on how to dig it up with out injuring myself? Thank you

You could have raised beds or plant in pots--no digging at all!

That's my approach. Having things grow so close to my house, I can get to them easily for regular watering or maintenance.
