Yes, this is true. I hardly ever have it unless I am in Greece
Hm, there's a thought: Do the words Greece and greasy have the same origin? The greeks use quite a lot of olive oil
I like greek cuisine a lot, though

Perhaps I could try making moussaka this weekend. I would need to find an easy recipe, though.

I shall send you a receipe for a ratatouille.. Very low in calories except for the olive oil which in any case is good for us heart patients. !!
