A paint effect created by drinking vast quantities of Spider's* Home brew and thinking how much time and money you could save by just throwing the paint at the walls and spreading it around with the smooth side of medicated toilet paper.
Using the rough side creates a completely different effect and is called "sanding all the plaster off the walls".
