How can Danny B have Oxfordshire when that's my entry A22833227 ?

That just means that he is familiar enough with that location to help someone else who has a question about it or wants to write something about it. It doesn't mean he has an entry on the subject.

Oxfordshire is mentioned under my name as I lived there for about 6 years and have written Entries on Abingdon (A4298862) and Didcot (A2503261).
I notice, however, that neither of those Entries links to your Oxfordshire Entry, which in turn does not link to either of those two. I shall sort this out shortly..!
