Here's a great one:
1. Create a convincing looking graphic that looks like an error message urging the user to restart his/her computer right away.
2. Save the graphic as a 'PICT' file, making sure to name it "Startup Picture".
3. Put your graphic in the system folder.
Now, when the victim starts up their computer, after the main 'Welcome to Mac OS' screen is finished showing, they will be presented with your graphics telling them to restart!
