Well, one of my favorites if a friend/coworker has an older mac, is to go into the system folder, under apple menu items and move the little file called "Shutdown" into the "Startup items" folder...
Or, if you're a bit more familiar with Res Edit you can edit the finder to switch some of the keys on the keyboard around... like putting them in alphabetical order for instance!
Also, ive found a couple of little programs (Cant remember where now) one called Librarian. Once run, it hides itself and does nothing. Nothing, until the microphone pick up some noise, at which point it goes "SHhhh" through the speakers. If they keep making noise, the Librarian gets more and more annoyed until it yells "BE QUIET!!!!!"
Or you can use the little utility which makes the mouse randomly sometimes have gravity. IE it drops to the bottom of the screen.
Or you can record a 20s sound with nothing on it and make it the system alert - this means whenever it would beep, the computer appears to freeze for 20 secs.
