Hello Aaron!
Great to see you back! We'd be delighted to bring you back on board as an ACE. One thing though (I'm presuming you can't get into your old account): would you like us to transfer your Guide Entries and Post Badge from U171696 and put on a link to redirect anyone who may have known you in your nightwear protest days?

Hi,
I am the same guy that started this thread a hundred years ago. Lots happened...a wedding a move and life itself...so I was wondering still how to get back to be the anti-pajama man?

Try emailing h2g2.supportATbbcDOTcoDOTuk 
If they can't get you back into the old account, then you might have lost it completely

Hello there Aaron,
We're having technical difficulties that mean we can't access all our email accounts at the moment, but whether we can get you back into the account depends on its age. We changed our registration process twice in the mid-00s (is it really 2009 already?!) and though each time there was a brief 'window of opportunity' during which accounts could be converted, it has long been closed.
However, we are able to move Entries from old accounts to new ones, and to post links to the old pages, redirecting people to your new account.
Hope that helps explain - if you want us to do any of the above, or need any further explanation, please do email us at the address given in this thread by the lovely Lil, and we'll help you when we can get to it.

I'd like to try to get my old account back if at all possible, if not I of course understand and would like to have the links posted to a new account, tho I will re-register with something a little more profound than "Former Ace" is that okay?

You don't have to re-register.. Just change your tag in Your Preferences
