Why is it, whenever I see the word 'loincloth', that I think of the Terry Pratchett character, 'Cohen the Barbarian'?

I am CERTAIN (having once worked in the same building as Terry, although I never knew him, personally) that Cohen was inspired by Sean Connery. When Cohen is asked what he regards as the three most important things in a babarian's life, he says (and I can just hear Connery saying this line),

"Hot water, good dentishry and shoft lavatory paper"
