I wouldn't mind taking over the title of Patron Saint of Left Handers, as the current incumbent hasn't posted since 2002. I've left a message on his/her PS to find out if they're still around.

Hey! Though it's a weird choice i'd love to br the patron saint of Doctor Who fans and writers, if your still doing the whole angel thing!

Hi there! Is anyone still acting as guardian angels? No posting on here for 18 months or so, so can I join? I'd like to be the Guardian angel of chain mail problems if at all possible...
I've had a few dropped stitches in my time, and sorted them all out, so I think I have a lot to offer anyone searching for help!
AND in case you're interested, I made a 3mm (internal diameter) shirt in a thousand hours, took 2 and a half years, but it was well worth it. Made mail for an action man at 1 1/2 mm diameter all the way up to 25mm lrp stuff out of aluminium, so plenty of experience. Also designed a pattern I haven't seen anywhere on the net too! Hoping to get it into the chainmail quilt project going on in America, but no reply yet (been waiting for 12 months or more...)

It appears the GA's have en-masse decided to become active procrastinators, so new recruitments are not in the planning for the forseeable future.
