h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

*The vigorous sweeping awakens the hibernating disturbed hedgehogs, who shuffle off the Terrace in search of counselling.*

*stops sweeping and considers the hedgehogs for a moment, then smiles slowly and puts aside the broom*

*collects a hedgehog, which curls up in her hand, and returns to the Snug*

*The hedgehogs anxiously await the return of Cousin Arnie, very much hoping he'll be back .... *

*unlocks the door to let Kes onto the terraces*

*The French doors (made in Rotherham) to The Terrace rattle violently and shed much dust. Once more, frightened hedgehogs hurtle (in relative hedgehog terms) for cover. The door fly open, and Kes lurches through, clutching a broom. He surveys the scene.*

Good grief! Have you seen the muck out here? There's about two years' worth of dead leaves and sandwiches, not to mention that object over there (which I won't mention)!

*The broom is applied with energy ... at first ... then with diminishing energy. The outcome is a pile of rotting leaves and sandwiches over one half of the terrace. Kes returns to the bar.*

*that unmentionable-object-over-there, stirs*

Yes M'm, I's just lookin' for my broom and musta tumbled into this pile-o-leaves and dozed off for a year or two...

*Work in progress on the Terrace!

1) Leaves swept into black plastic bags - almost two of ...

2) Mouldy sandwiches swpet into said bags - four of

3) JWF wrapped in black plastic (with breathing holes)

4) Turns on hose, sprays much water around terrace

5) Pause to count number of s due

6) Shakes head

7) Uses hose to fill 17 plastic bags with water.

8) Carefully create ile of plastic bags in coner, with aqueoue ones hidden at back.

9) Return to bar.*

*comes out to check work*

*due to hedgehogs, most of bags of water have leaked, making bag pile suspiciously small*

*hears mumbling and wonders if it's Cousin Arnie*
*pokes round bags and find humanoid shaped one*
*pokes all the bags to determine content, then returns to Snug, dragging the humanoid bag behind her*

Well this a first!
I've never been drugged behind anyone before.
I've been 'in-the-bag' before. I've been watered down before. I've even been drugged into a bar, but never been drugged behind.
