h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Hello all

I'm a died in the wool strat-attacker, but am toying with the idea of buying a Line6 Variax 300. Anyone have any opinions on them/tried them/own one ?

I have to admit I'd never heard of them until just now, so I can't really comment I'm afraid

I mostly play a Les Paul Studio, with an Ibanez Prestige for when I want to play at the top end of the fretboard. I also keep my old HM Strat as a spare in case anything goes horribly wrong on stage, but it's a bit battered and bruised now (I got it second-hand when I was 17 and didn't look after it terribly well... )
