Well, Sweden is usually GMT+1, but during summer, we're GMT+2, since the GMT never changes but is always the same...

My control panel says I am on GMT + 1 While actually it is on GMT+1 + SUMMERTIME! Even if I change it to pure GMT, it gives actually GMT+1!

A worldclock gives GMT is now 08:42!

The H2IQ quiz question can be posted at any time, but it usually happens during UK working hours (about 08:00 - 18:00 GMT, which is 01:00 - 10:00 PDT). PDT is 7 hours before GMT.
