what qualifies a page for being included in the "Browse" hiearchy?

I like browsing around with the little thing at "http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/h2g2/brunel/Browse" where things are kind of arranged into a hiearchy, or foldertree structure, but I have some questions about it: Who decides what goes in these lists and where? What are the qualifications for a page to be included in these lists? If appropriate, how would I get or who would I contact to get my club/society page on the "All About h2g2/The World of h2g2" list?

The decision rests with the Italics... I imagine the best place to post would be <./>Feedback-Editorial</.> - that's where other queries about the categorisation system go
