times your age - almost old enough to be your Granddad

Thanks - not many hear the music as they have their sound turned down and sometimes it doesn't work with those using netscape.
I'll have to put my thinking cap on - do you use the Goo or Alibaster version of h2g2

I didn't know there were two versions of h2g2. I HOPE I'm using Alibaster, just for the name. How can I tell?

You can change your skin (h2g2 skin that is ) but I can't remember how... maybe on your own page under the bit where you can change your details. Alabaster is the white one, the blue one is called Goo. Which I like a lot.
But I'm not humming that tune, I don't like it. I will hum something else, if that's ok. (And alicat, when I get to your page I will be singing The Carpet Crawlers to myself)
