If you're looking for quality, drivability or value, do NOT purchase a Dodge Viper. But if you want a car that will turn every single head on the roadway, this is the car for you. Not that I own one. But one day...
It has looks that are not only impressive, but unique. Unlike Ferraris and the like, this is a car that looks like it's alive and not just a fusion of metal and engineering. And the way-too-big engine sounds like that of a very large truck, so even the sound will turn heads.
If you are not familiar with the car, I'm certain a few minutes with your favourite internet search engine will do the trick.
