...busy week actually
This morning Andrew has extra tuition (English) on his usual-day-off, so there's no transport. Luckily we are going to the hospital to have an appointment with Gordon's consultant (about his knee) just 20 mins different so we can drop him off. I was pleased when Gordon filled out his hospital form he asked me if he could put me down as his next-of-kin
Later in the week we're going to a pub quiz with a difference, it's 
themed and the prizes will be in 
it's a fundraiser for St Andrew's Hospice
I have a new BATS in The Post if anyone misses me too much today

The quiz is tonight. It's chocolate-themed, and I don't know, I haven't been to this particular place before.
My plans for a lie-in with Gordon tomorrow morning have been scuppered
Mum has just rung to say she has a flu jab in the morning, at 9.15am. She never mentioned it yesterday when I took her shopping and for lunch,

The bad news is, we didn't win the quiz, we came 4th with 57/71.
The good news is, I won 2 raffle prizes, AND over £900 was raised throughout the evening for St Andrews Children's Hospice

The entire evening was chocolate-themed.
The quiz was about chocolate, every table was decorated with a plate of chocs, there was a raffle with prizes and a large 
as a prize for the name card. Did I mention all the prizes were donated by local firms, and there was a chocolate tasting part of the quiz, comprising 4 taste tests?
