Thank you so much for the texts, emails, e-cards and thoughts and best wishes here
The birthday boy is due to call me anytime from 
land; that's if he hasn't already been trying to get through
hot line today
Just had a lovely visit from Allan's godmother my delightful friend was armed with a bouquet
+ who just nods blankly when I talk about my friends online
(she thinks I'm very clever because I can type and "surf the net")
I played her my answering machine message from Sir Patrick Moore and she said "Couldn't he have wished you happy birthday?"
and then she had a major 
over my lovely shower room and left very 
I *thought* I was going to have a quiet weekend () with all the excitement to come next weekend but hey, I can cope
Roll on Friday, I reckon I could 
all the way to London!

My mother also gets rather confused when I log in to Hootoo while at their house. She seemed to think everyone just sits at their computers, waiting for me to log on!!
