I'm going to have to look in on gravity lensing. Hadn't heard of that before in this kind of application before.

No need. I already updated: A3100203

Shagbark: the constellation, I'm unable to find this on any of the webpages mentioning the planet but a quick check of the Right Asc: 18:08 and Dec: -27:09 from the info here:
http://exoplanet.eu/planet.php?p1=MOA-2007-BLG-192-L&p2=b
puts it slap bang in Sagittarius.

Comments on A3100203 of no very great immediate relevance.

Pluto, in my estimation is a part of the Neptune system, bearing a relationship to it similar to that of the "Orpheus" object that impacted the Earth creating the Earth/Moon system. It may have had a role in the capture mechanics required to place Triton in its retrograde orbit.

Diagram: Pluto mark 1 is a moon of Triton. The Triton/Pluto mark 1 binary orbits through the Neptune system, Pluto mark 1 and Chiron mark 1, a moon of Neptune, collide while Triton is in a retrograde aspect relative to to the orbital motions of the moons of Neptune in its orbit around the center of gravity of the Triton/Pluto mark 1 system. The force of the impact carries the Pluto/Chiron system out of the orbital space of Neptune. Triton falls into its current retrograde orbit around Neptune.

There have been some efforts to date the possible collision by means of extrapolating the orbits of Neptune and Pluto backwards in time to a time when Pluto passed through the orbital space of the Neptune system.

"The Tenth Planet": An object like that ought to be exothermic and observable in the microwave, though uncertainties in its mass would require a rather tedious broad spectrum scan. ...someday, a rather sizeable microwave dish out in L2... Interstellar erratic Jovians are probably more numerous than the visible stars.

"Some Current Operational Facilities". Its going to take me some time to get up to speed on the listings here.

...an Isaac Asimov speculation on "l'il planets": he suggested once that the eventual spread of human civilization to the stars might be founded on development of such objects, eventually extending into the interstellar range. "Tenth Planet" class objects are especially important that way on account of tether power generation potentials intrinsic to them.
