I saw a story on the news a few weeks back about a woman who was so fed up with her washing machine breaking down all the time that she held the repair man hostage (really!) until the company replaced it.

That's what inspired me to set the trap.
She wasn't even charged by the police, was she?
We have ALL had to deal with things like that, most people let it go, but we all admire someone who snaps & does something like that in retaliation. She got her new washer didn't she? Good for her.

Actually my GF is currently taking on the might of Npower as they have taken £160 off her to do some repair work on her boiler and haven't actually done anything. They've sent two workmen who arrived, said 'I'm not qualified to do that and then left'.
I think she's currently writing letters to the local newspapers and Npower's senior bosses. Go Phil go!
She better get some damn interest at the very least as they've held this money for months now!
