Whoops the token drunk just reminded me I was opening tonight.
*Turns sign in door over to say*

Oh wow...I am the very first customer. I've been waiting all week for this place to open
Well..if the chef is willing...might I have a Vegetarian Lasagne Verdi? And I'd like a glass of Tokaj wine. Perhaps it is a bit too sweet and it certainly is not in keeping with the Italian theme, but it is my favorite.

The chef would like you to have some complimentary garlic bread. Dairy or non-dairy butter?

PostMuse Posted Apr 7, 2000
Thank-you, might I have a bit of olive oil to dip it in instead?

*CdelD puts on some violin music on the stereo*
Sorry we have yet to employ a violinist to serenade you.

PostMuse Posted Apr 7, 2000
Well, I'm sure it won't be long before you have an orchestra full of violinists pounding down the doors for the privilege to play here.
My compliments to the chef. The lasagne is perfect. Just the right blend of seasoning and the presentation is lovely. It is not always easy to make vegetarian *look* as good as it tastes.

*bursts out of the kitchen chasing a agitated chicken with a meat cleaver*
Come here you little...*notices the only people in the restaurant*
Um..hehe...just a small problem in the kitchen...nothing to worry about..
*The chicken perches on the drunk's head. Shallow 15 looks at the meat cleaver and starts muttering to himself*
...bad idea to kill the token drunk...go get nine iron...
*heads back to the Kitchen*

*Zmrzlina slips back in, scoops the chicken off the gentleman's head, and runs out the door singing..."
Born Free! As free as the wind blows. As free as the grass grows. Born free to follow your heart!
*...and releases the chicken into the wild.*

*looks around puzzled for a minute...then goes back to the kitchen for aspirin.*
