The number 13 is quite prominent on the back of the US Dollar Bill, a place where conspiracy theorists often go to dig up new conspiracy theories.
1. The shield the eagle carries on its breast has 13 stripes.
2. The same eagle carries 13 arrows in one claw and the olive branch in the other claw has 13 leaves.
3. The Latin legend over the pyramid with the eye floating above (ANNUIT COEPTIS) has 13 letters. (N.B. The symbol of the pyramid with the eye floating above is attributible to the Bavarian Illuminati, a fact the abovementioned conspiracy buffs love to point out, and the Latin legend below it, "NOVUS ORDO SECLORUM" translates to "NEW WORLD ORDER")
4. Above the eagle's head is a star-of-David shaped array containing 13 stars.
5. Between the eagle's head and the star(s) mentioned above is a ribbon bearing the national motto, "e pluribus unum," which means "from many, one," and contains 13 letters.
