I am stereotyped as a prep. Which I don't think I'm better than anyone else. God makes us all equal. i am really smart(not trying to brag) reall good at sports(basketball) and have a lot of guys who like me. Everyone thinks i'm rich because I live in a nice neighborhood. Don't get me wrong, I pretty well off and I am very popular, but I'm not a snob. People don't relize you can be popular without trying and without thinking you are sooooooooo good. I just wish people would get to know me before they judge me. I am a nice person to just about everyone. Even some the the"most disgusting" (unclean, poor) kids in my grade consider me friends and always talk to me in the hallways. I don't neccisarily consider them friends but I do try to be extra nice, because it's not like they are ever mean to anyone. So just remember to get to know someone before you judge them. Lots of times the judgments are true, but there will always be those exception(like me)!

ok not to be mean (and ur making it really hard not to be) but uh dont you think statements like 'Even some the the"most disgusting" (unclean, poor) kids in my grade consider me friends and always talk to me in the hallways. I don't neccisarily consider them friends ' kind of show that maybe u are alittle bit of a snob. just something to think about.
PS WHAT ABOUT THE HIPPIES?!?! (not that i am but what about them?!?!)

I'm sorry to be rude but you sound like a bitch! You are being the exact stereotypical Prep. Preps tend to be seen as completly numb to the fact that they are snobs doing exactly what everyone else is doing. It's like your completly oblivious to the fact that you are being cruel. So some kids aren't like you, don't have money, or forget to take a bath every now and then but you shouldn't treat them like shit and talk trash about them. You sound like a ignorant snob and it's not your fault and I'm not trying to be mean. (which it seems like I am) but wouldn't it be better if everyone could be friends with everyone Maybe not best friends, but if everyone could be nice enough to eachother to see and expieriance other peoples syles maybe we wouldn't make ignorant comments about them and label them like we do. Take the chance to know someone and you see them as a person and not a labeled product!

All I have to say is that after high school, no one cares what clique your in. Seriously, no one cares. Because no matter what you did in highschool, it doesn't set the rest of your life.

I am 16 years old and stereotypes don't exist at my school. Everyone is friends with everyone else in their year and no one gets excluded.
