Bakircioglu is another good player, but isn'r as good in the formation i play as Kallstrom. I find he's best playing in the hole behind the fgront two,a position I only use if I don't have a decent defensive midfielder. So he's another useful substitute, but no substitute for Kim Kallstrom

Stilianos Doukas is a really high-quality defensive midfielder. He stayed with me all the way from the 3rd up the the Premiership and is still my best player and club captain. I agree that it is the hardest position to fill, though.

Also for bench- FAroe Islands forward Jakup a Borg works well as an understudy for Eldar as right-sided centre-forward.

I play a 4-3-2-1 formation and it always does really well if you have good AM/Cs and a great striker.
