I tried making a villain, but everyone figured it out quickly, especially after I slipped up and spoke in the wrong 'voice' for the character. Oh well, it was fun being a brat for a while!

Ali, how do you like the new set up for the forums? To make it easier to get around just type: &show=1000 in the address bar after the address. Then you can scroll down the left hand column and click on the place you left off in the forum. I said 1000, but you can use any number larger than the amount of entries for that forum. 1000 has been working for me so far.
Well, its Father's Day here in the States, and Bob just got up. I'm going to go make him his coffee, feed him his breakfast, and generally make a fuss!

My dad phoned me this morning to thank me for my card and the "Grandad" ones from Mair & Christopher... He lives too far away for me to pop in for a visit.
John had cards from the kids and I bought him a bottle of "Bishops Finger" by Shepherd Neame (a small real ale brewerey in Kent, where he spent most of his mis-spent youth!). Ulterior motive there on my part though, as I'll get to share it with him during the X-Files, later this evening...

I didn't realize that Hallmark had its greedy grip on the whole of Western Civilization... Canada AND the UK have Mother's and Father's Day?!!
We had twin kids born on the farm over the night on Saturday!!! A male and a female, both white with black spots! They are so tiny and wonderful!

Aaargh! Its a greeting card conspiracy!!! How about these "holidays": Grandparent's Day, Bosses Day, Secretaries Day, Sweetest Day (not to be confused with Valentine's Day) which are all observed in the States, but not by me.
