It will be a pleasure... as soon as I get time to listen to it Much as I hate it, atm irl has to come first... but only 'till tomorrow, when I become a lady of leisure again.
You shall probably have my opinions on all things tomorrow...

Your RL sounds more flexible than mine! I have the "big boss" over for a few days. May not get much chance to talk 'til next week, but I'll try to check your postings every morning (your time)
Thanks again,
Kes

*sympathy* I am a lady of leisure 'till October 4th, when I start having to deal with things like lectures again... ugh yuck and bleurgh!
Btw, as a musician you may enjoy reading this....http://www.h2g2.com/A426935

Thank you. ROFL!
I've read a few, and bookmarked the rest for later - might even dare to weigh in with some viola jokes??

In an ongoing thread that a few of us enjoy a researcher has recently become irate every time we post because the thread is refreshed whenever we post. I've led you to the thread but you'll need to scroll up a post or two to catch her ranting at us. I'm sure it's not unusual but there seems to be the beginning of a problem and I certainly don't know what to do. Thanks! http://www.h2g2.com/F50886?thread=69783&post=598363

Hi ox
Thanks for bringing this up. I believe that opting out of conversations is planned in the next round of upgrades to the site, until then I'm afraid we all have to grin and bear it, as doubtless you already do. Its a pain everyone has to deal with I guess, there are so many conversations...
I guess you could- ignore it, move to a new conversation or you could talk to Peta or Abi (U24 and 281 respectively) if you feel that the researcher is being very rude to you, although I think its probably distorted by the 'questions only' rule in the thread. However, thats just my opinion...

Here's an interesting question - Why does an ACE badge appear on My Space when I'm not on the list on this site?

'cuz someone forgot, would be my guess
Ask Peta or Abi, they'll be wracked with guilt and doubtless make haste to put it right... TPTWVH probably won't notice if you just leave it in this thread, though, I thought noone visited this page anymore

I doubt anyone does I was a little suprised to find the badge appear suddenly halfway through the day. Comapared to the amount of effort I put into becoming a Scout I've done relatively nothing in becoming an ACE!

Good morrow life form,
I am curious as to the lengths, a being such as yourself goes in order to achieve such an acolade as a "ACE" ...
I have only just stumbled upon this little treasure, *WEG*
I shall return once I have mastered the art of Name change, I've never been too keen on being refered to an a numerical source.

Ways to change your name: http://www.h2g2.com/UserDetails - follow that link and all will (well, should) become clear.
As for being an ACE- it stands for Assistant Community Editor. We all volunteered (http://www.h2g2.com/Aces-Recruit) cuz we love the site...
