Deb

I'm genuinely gutted about this one smiley - cry. He was a brilliant actor. I think when I get home I'll have to watch the clip of him quoting La Muerta in Truly Madly Deeply.

Gnomon - time to move on

I loved his role in Galaxy Quest.

He seemed to specialise in that world-weary, cynical role which made him the perfect choice as Severus Snape.

There is a wonderful love story there too - he recently married the woman who was his partner since they met at 18 and 19 years of age.

Asteroid Lil - Offstage Presence

I usually avoid Kevin Costner movies like the plague, but I am going to make a point of watching Robin Hood so I can see Rickman as Sheriff of Nottingham.

Gutted.
