Probably, not, Feffi. I guess you would have noticed had you been working on a case of international trade law for the last six months....

Feffi, you might be interested to know that both the University of Copenhagen and National Law School of India (Bangalore) participate in this competition...

ok, then I am not a member. I studied at the Ingeniorshojskolen ( spelling, well I anyway can't make those little o with the /) in Copenhagen, so I didn't hear of it and the only university contacts I have here in Bangalore are to some very nice students of the IISC, but I guess they are more interested in parties than law .
So I guess you are studying law? Did you take part? I would suppose it's a nice way to meet a lot of people from other countries. Can you mix teams from different universities?

Yeah, that's what I figured from reading your page...
I dimly recall that I have one or two paragraphs on the partying in Vienna...
I used to study that. Working on my Dr. jur. ATM. And yes, I took part, trained one or two teams and I shall be judging this year as well. It's a great way to get to know a whole lotta people from all over the globe. I'm still in contact with a few of the 2000 Moot.... and the 2001 one.
Yes, one can mix teams. Quite often you see a name that sticks out from the rest like e.g. "Mac Guinness" does not really sound like a Swedish name to my ears...
And it's quite helpful, too... that way you can access a whole heap of foreign cases. Preferably people from countries the language of which is rarely spoken. Just imagine a Canadian Team trying to look up the cases from Singapore you've accessed because there's someone from there on your team...
Is there a similar thing for your courses?

That sounds really nice. Do you choose the cases all by yourself or do they give you some to choose from?
I never heard of something similar for engineering. But during my studies in Copenhagen I did the European Project Semester which is a bit like it. Students from all over Europe and the US come there to do projects. They mix students from different countries and faculties and give them a project to work on together as part of their studies. It was great to experience how people from different nations work and think...and party, of course. I guess, it also helped to get rid of a lot of stupid prejudices a lot of us had about some countries. We had a lot of fun together. Especially as our supervisor kept giving us books in Danish which none of us could understand...

Just imagined a golden label on a glass&marble building, with the letters 'Judge Tube' embossed in large, friendly letters on it
