Made cuisine Chinoise on the evening. Today I had haggis for breakfast and brought some along to my favourite Calzone shop and they made me a haggis calzone.
With a bit of soya sauce for dipping, that haggis Calzone would have been perfect for Italian Chinese New Year Burns Day.

Well, I know that Toddish McWong, the founder of Vancouver's Gung Haggis Fat Choy celebration, serves haggis wontons. I think they'd be delicious (as the haggis calzone was the other day
)
When my neighbour and I have done a combined dinner, I've prepared the traditional haggis and accompaniments and he's prepared his family's usual New Year's dishes and everyone just dives in.
Much left over at the end of the evening.
I've also made fortune cookies with lines of Burns' poetry instead of fortunes.
