Ben, can I just point out that with animated smileys, a little goes a long way? There are accessibility issues with them. I'm on the verge of disabling all animations in my browsers purely on account of the blinding headaches they cause. Sorry, I'm not meaning to be a killjoy.

Sorry KB.
I am sympathetic; One of my migraine triggers is flashing light; driving in the winter is a nightmare on sunny days when the sun comes at you through bare trees, and I used to have to re-set monitors set at 60hz.
That Cogs smiley is so perfect for that team; perhaps if we could have an unanimated version too....
