Any good suggestions for cocktails or drinks with a Hallowe'en theme?

I'm sure I saw a Harry Potter-themed Halloween last year, with Butterbeer (essentially lager, cream soda, rum and a drop of butterscotch flavouring) and pumpkin juice, which was made with real pumpkins, but fortified with apple juice and gin.

So far I've got a Vampire's Kiss (basically vod and coke with a layer of grenadine underneath), and a Ghostbuster (midori and peach schnapps with a ghostly blob of Baileys in the middle) I'm thinking a poison apple punch would be a nice easy 3rd to offer.
