A life skill worth cultivating? How to deal with cold-callers.

Repeat until discouraged. Had to use that tactic yesterday.

Mind you, that was also in a book of folk tunes I had. It was just a two phrase tune that was endlessly repeated. Over the top was written "Repeat until discouraged".

btw...Origami isnt my only martial art. I can also do Tai Chi - which is dead handy for defending yourself against slow-motion attackers.

I like the way Charlie Brooker and Mark Lawson handle media literacy - explaining how the dictates of the format determine what we see. Lawson is also good on the commercial and regulatory aspects etc.
