Menthol Penguin - Currently revising/editing my book

I think I went for a Redguard Battle Wizard. More combat than magic I think.

It just seemed a lot smaller to me than Morrowind, I also think part of the reason why I didn't like it as much was because I expected it to be Morrowind but better graphics. Hopefully If I try and treat it as a separate game I'll like it more.

Dunno about Morrowind on the Xbox, I payed it on PC and am biased towards PC (mods on PCC) so I can't really say. Either way Morrowind is definitely worth playing, I might replay it again myself at some point. I've still not done the Solstheim quests.

minichessemouse - Ahoy there me barnacle!

mmmm, minecraft. Although I'm thoroughly enjoying DragonQuest9, Portal2 and Final Fantasy X

I'm becoming more and more of a smiley - geek with the passing of time. Never did finish professor Layton, or Spyro (the PS1 original) though.

I did complete Gitarooman though. One of the higlights of my life, I think. That final level is epic - you either get it right or you fail spectacularly. smiley - cool

Interestman-ing happy!

I don't have any RPG at home, unless you count LOTR: conquest as one. Seems I'll ahve to look for some.

My favorite PC games are Grim Fandango and Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth. I wish, though, that I could get either of them to work with our PS3, because the sixaxis-style controller I have for PC gaming doesn't work with either of them. DCotE especially is tricky with the mouse- I'd get killed less often with a controller.

For PS3 my favorites so far have been Brütal Legend (which is IMO totally awesome), Naughty Bear, and the Lego Harry Potter and Star Wars. I'm also hopelessly addicted to Katamari games.

If I may address Magwitch directly for a moment- how are you liking Alice:Madness Returns? It's on our wish list, as well as Shadows of the Damned, but after one or two minor disappointments, I'm trying not to buy too many full-price games without a solid recommendation and/or at least an hour demo.

In general, I'm not a huge fan of RPGs, but I can't put a finger on any specific reason for that. FPSs on the other hand, trigger my vertigo. smiley - erm

Just Bob aka Robert Thompson, plugging my film blog cinemainferno-blog.blogspot.co.uk

I never buy full-price games. When I have plenty of choice of new games on Amazon for under £15, paying £40 for a game just seems totally disproportionate.
